WPR049: How to Use Burnout as a Catalyst for Change with Chris Ducker
I’m so excited to welcome our guest today, Chris Ducker. Chris has been a business mentor for me for a couple of years now, and one of the biggest things that drew me to him was his candor about his experience with burnout many years ago. Obviously as a working mom I can relate to that situation well. But what really impressed me about Chris was his dedication to transform his life to be more healthy and congruent with this values. I love how he used this experience of complete burnout as a catalyst for change. I can relate to that experience as well, and at the core, that’s what the Working Parent Resource is all about.Chris Ducker is a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker and author of the bestseller, Virtual Freedom as well as his new book that’s just been released, The Rise of the Youpreneur. Originally from the UK, Chris has lived in the Philippines for 15 years, where he hosts the annual Tropical Think Tank mastermind event and has founded several businesses, which combined house over 450 full-time employees. He is also a popular business blogger and podcaster at ChrisDucker.com and the founder of the personal branding business community, Youpreneur.com.
