As a working mom of two little boys myself, I’m intimately familiar with the pressures associated with trying to juggle work, family, and life in general.
I learned early on that being a working parent didn’t automatically require a life of constant stress, overwhelm, and chaos. But I’ve also learned that knowing something and doing something are two very different things… especially for exhausted working parents.
I blend twenty years of experience in areas such as psychotherapy, professional coaching, teaching, and corporate project management to help ambitious but burned out parents identify the unique behavior patterns that undermine their personal sense of balance, explore the root cause of those behaviors, and then implement more effective behaviors for lasting change.
